Account Responsibility
By using CaravelCabinets.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
All orders placed on CaravelCabinets.com must be made by individuals 18 years of age or older.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information entered into the system is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Caravel Cabinets reserves the right to:

at its sole discretion.
Ordering Policies
Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all items in their order before submitting it.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all shipping information. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect shipping information will be the responsibility of the customer.
All orders must be paid in full before processing begins.
Once an order enters the processing stage, order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Approved cancellations may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Assembled Cabinet Orders
Assembled cabinets are made-to-order and may require up to 21 business days for production and shipping.
Transit times may vary depending on delivery location and scheduling with freight carriers.
All online assembled cabinet orders are final sale. Please verify all items carefully before submitting your order.
Once an assembled cabinet order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Customers are responsible for confirming that assembled cabinets will fit into their home and installation space. Caravel Cabinets is not responsible if items cannot be moved into the home due to size limitations.

All assembled cabinet orders are custom orders and cannot be returned.
Inventory Availability
Due to the dynamic nature of product supply and manufacturing, product availability may change without notice.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, customers will be notified and offered available alternatives when possible.
Caravel Cabinets reserves the right to issue refunds for products that become unavailable or discontinued.
Shipping Policies
Caravel Cabinets utilizes third-party freight carriers and parcel delivery services. Once an order is in transit, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Caravel Cabinets is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping quotes generated on the website are estimates only and may be adjusted if freight rates or fuel surcharges change.
Delivery & Receiving Policies
Delivery Scheduling
Once your shipment arrives at the local freight terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
Failure to schedule delivery may result in carrier storage fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Requirements
An adult age 18 or older must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
Residential deliveries are curbside only. Freight will be delivered to the curb at the end of the driveway.
Drivers will not move items into homes or beyond the liftgate area.
Customers are responsible for moving the freight into the property.
Delivery Assistance
Due to the size and weight of cabinetry shipments, we strongly recommend having at least one additional adult present to assist with receiving the shipment.
If adequate assistance is not available, the carrier may not complete delivery and re-delivery fees may apply.
Shipment Inspection
Customers must inspect the shipment while the driver is present.
All visible damage or missing items must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing.
Both the customer and the driver must sign the delivery paperwork.
If visible damage is present, accept the shipment but document the damage clearly.
Failure to document damage at the time of delivery may limit the ability to process claims.
Concealed Damage or Missing Items
All concealed damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are expected to inspect their entire order promptly.
Claims may be submitted up to 14 days after delivery, but earlier reporting allows faster resolution.
Return Policies
Returns must be requested within 30 days of product receipt.
Returned items must be:

Unused and unassembled

Authorized with a return approval
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds (less applicable fees) will be issued within 30 days after returned items are received and inspected.

Claims Policy
To submit a claim for damaged or missing items:

Claim Conditions
Customers must:

Retain damaged items until the claim is resolved
Replacement parts typically ship within 7–10 business days.
Caravel Cabinets reserves the right to issue refunds after multiple unsuccessful replacement attempts.

Wood is a natural material and may display variations in:

Texture

Natural growth characteristics
Exposure to sunlight, humidity, and environmental conditions may also cause color changes over time.
These natural characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects.

Customers are encouraged to order sample doors or finish samples before placing large orders to ensure the color, finish, and style meet expectations.
Caravel Cabinets is not responsible for orders placed based solely on website imagery.
